Field Visit to XCMG Concrete Batching Plants – Model HZS90VT

As part of the field visit program conducted by XCMG engineers, a site tour was carried out to two HZS90VT concrete batching plants, each designed with a production capacity of up to 90 m³/hour.

These plants feature advanced technical specifications that ensure the highest levels of performance and efficiency, including:

• Concrete mixer capacity: 1.5 m³
• Maximum aggregate diameter: 60 mm
• Discharge height: 4 m
• Installed power: 165 kW
• Cement silos: 6 × 200 tons (at a density of 1.35 tons/m³)
• Continuous automatic discharge system: 20 tons/hour with integrated screening function
